The following are the Terms and Conditions
- The tour dates & duration should be same as discussed.
- Number of people also should not be change as agreed earlier.
- Pre discussed itinerary for the tour will be attached to this agreement.
- If the client wants to change the itinerary after the client arrives in Sri Lanka, it will be possible to do so but Client acknowledges that changes in hotels will result in the client forfeiting the initial deposit paid for the rooms.
- Vision Lanka Tours will provide either an air-conditioned van or car, English speaking driver and pay for driver salary, cost of fuel and parking.
- The cost of the admission fees payments for sights will belong to the party as pre discussed
- The accommodation will provide as you wish earlier. (eg; B/B + Double etc.)
- The hotels require that a deposit.
- When Vision Lanka Tours books a tour for the client, it blocks out that specific time and the use of its vans or cars for that client and so it requires that the client pays a deposit $250
- The Client will pay of the tour half when the tour starts and the balance when the tour is completed.
- Once the hotel room is booked and the deposit is paid; this deposit is non refundable.
(In Sri Lanka, the hotels never refund these deposits). If the Client cancels the tour, then the Client’s deposit paid for Sri Lanka’s Tour will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation 14 days or less - No refund
- Cancellation 14 days to 21 days - 50% of the deposit
- Cancellation 21 days to 30 days - 75% of the deposit
- Cancellation more than 30 days - 100% of the deposit
Any bank charges to wire the funds back to you will be deducted from the funds refunded to you. In order to confirm the tour and book the hotels, Client will send the deposit of $250 to Vision Lanka Tours account listed below:
